A top city hotel has been re-awarded its five star status for the tenth year in a row. Hilton re-awarded five stars for 10th year in a row

The Hilton Cardiff is celebrating its 10th anniversary in the city centre during which time it has won a five star award each consecutive year. The Hilton is the only hotel in the city centre to hold a five star status.
The award criteria is set by the Welsh Tourist board and the Quality Wales team is responsible for assessing 5,000 hotels each year and grading them accordingly. To be awarded with five stars, a hotel must be of exceptional quality, with a degree of luxury and is likely to include some permanent luxury suites with enhanced services such as concierge.
Marie Fagan, general manger of the Hilton Cardiff said: “We are delighted to be re-awarded with our five stars for the tenth year running and glad that our hard work and commitment to quality has paid off.
