In the opulent Caernarfon Ballroom, a fantastical show will accompany a sumptuous five-course dinner. Acrobats who have toured with the world-renowned Cirque du Soleil and Chinese State Circus will mesmerise with gravity-defying aerial silk and acrobalance stunts.
The fun starts with a welcome cocktail on arrival and includes complimentary wine throughout dinner before the John Oliver Band invites you onto the dance floor to swing in the New Year.
If you have something more sedate in mind, both The Crown at Celtic Manor and The Twenty Ten Clubhouse are offering multi-course tasting menus for a refined dining experience to mark the occasion while The Olive Tree Restaurant is the ideal place to celebrate with all the family.
